When we announced Mike Osiadacz's retirement just a few months back, we had a feeling he wasn't going to be missing from the cleaning industry for long and we're delighted to say we were right! Training consultancy, Mike Osiadacz - Steam Training, has won its first client and is now supporting what we believe is the UK's No.1 conveyor belt cleaning manufacturer and global supplier, KHD Technology, training its clients' workforces in the use of the technology and general steam applications.
Training & education has always been a passion for Mike, who feels that delivering knowledge is very rewarding and key to the success of the product in use. So as Mike had spent the last 23 of his 37 years in the industry working with steam cleaning equipment, (his last 10 as sales director for Matrix Cleaning Systems) he and his new consultancy seem the perfect fit.
Mike had been involved in and supported many organisations such as the Association of Healthcare Cleaning Professionals, the UK Housekeeping Association and the ISSA as well as training organisations such as the British Institute of Cleaning Science, so his training credentials really speak for themselves.
