Principle appoints specialist services director

* PRINCIPLE-SPECIALIST-SERVICES-DIRECTOR.jpgPrinciple Cleaning Services has appointed Juan Camara as its specialist services director. Juan has more than 27 years' experience in performance improvement and is an expert in data centre cleaning, having spent many years in the sector.

He will be responsible for leading and expanding the specialist services division as part of Principle's medium-term growth strategy and will also work alongside the vertical cleaning team.

"I am delighted to have joined Principle at an exciting time in the company's development," he says. "My priority has always been to ensure that clients receive the highest standard of technical services, delivered by a well-trained and motivated team. Specialist cleaning requires high standards, specific sector knowledge to protect the integrity of data and a focus to achieve the most appropriate levels of cleanliness and hygiene."

David Saville, managing director of Vertical & Specialist Services, says: "We are delighted to welcome Juan to our team, he will be a great asset in developing the Specialist Services division. He comes with a proven track record in his field and we are looking forward to enhancing our reputation in specialist services work further."

Principle's specialist services division provides cleaning for data centres, plant and UPS rooms, IT environments, kitchens, blinds, hard floor renovation and maintenance as well as emergency response.

Established in 1989, the privately-owned Principle Cleaning Services has an annual turnover of £70m-plus and employs more than 2,200 people. Its clients include well-known landmarks such as The Shard, 20 Fenchurch Street and 30 St Mary Axe.
