Expert training helps achieve optimum cleaning while working safely

* Mike-O.jpgWith almost 40 years' experience in the cleaning industry, involved in consulting on, the selling of and training in the use of many brands of steam cleaning machines, Mike Osiadacz now offers his STEAM dedicated training and consultancy service, to clients who seek expert education and training regarding the use of this technology.

"The machine is only as good as the person using it," says Mike. "To get the best results out of your investment you have to ensure that all staff have been trained correctly - and, most importantly - are using the equipment safely.

"STEAM Training can thoroughly educate and train your staff in all aspects of steam cleaning. Delivered either one-to-one, or in groups on site, the training is geared up to focus on the applications for which each system was purchased. Machine Operator and Train the Trainer levels can be offered, including all aspects of steam safety.

"We can produce bespoke SOPs (standard operating procedures) which can be incorporated for daily application to achieve consistency, with the same result on the same equipment on all sites where steam has been implemented.

"Not sure if steam is the right medium for you? Seek advice from the expert! Healthcare, catering, hospitality, education, transport, leisure, retail and industrial - there are so many markets where steam can be used successfully, offering solutions to those troublesome issues such as the removal of grease and chewing gum while improving hygiene standards.

"The pressure is on to deliver better standards - and steam can contribute to achieving that goal, with the added benefit of being sustainable."

Over his years in the industry, Mike had been involved in and supported many organisations such as the Association of Healthcare Cleaning Professionals, the UK Housekeeping Association and the ISSA as well as training organisations such as the British Institute of Cleaning Science, so his training credentials speak for themselves.
