OCS celebrates hat-trick award success at the Middle East's Innovation in FM Awards
OCS has proudly emerged as the winner of three distinguished awards at the Middle East's Innovation in FM Awards 2024.
Held in Dubai, UAE, earlier this month, the event celebrated and honoured the exceptional projects, initiatives and individuals leading the charge in advancing the facilities management industry for the Middle East region.
OCS received three awards on the night, taking home the coveted 'Innovative FM Company of the Year' award for its deployment of advanced augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) technologies.
Additionally, the facilities management company received recognition for its OCS Academy Knowledge Hub by winning the 'Education & Development Initiative of the Year' award while Ralph D'Souza, director operations and maintenance, OCS UAE, took home the Facilities Manager of the Year' award in recognition of direct contribution to operational excellence and financial improvements for his flagship project.
"I am delighted that OCS has been recognised with three distinguished awards at the Innovation In FM Awards," says Mohamad Abou Laban, managing director, OCS UAE. "These achievements underscore our commitment to excellence and innovation within facilities management.
"Our pioneering use of technology, exemplified by our VR training programmes and AR support techniques, demonstrate how we are going above and beyond to not just meet industry standards, but set them. I extend my deepest gratitude to the Innovation In FM Awards and I appreciate the support from our colleagues, customers and the FM community, as we continue to push boundaries. Together, we can shape a brighter future for the FM industry."
