The Clean Space acquires Cynergi

Specialist commercial cleaning company, The Clean Space, has acquired Cynergi Cleaning & Support Services as part of its ongoing strategic growth plan.

This acquisition is the company's largest to date increasing its turnover by around 30% and providing customers with enhanced service capabilities and a broader support network.

Cynergi shares a similar business model to The Clean Space, focusing on core cleaning services with additional support offerings like deep cleaning and occupational cleaning, provided either in-house or through reliable supply partners (e.g., hygiene and pest control services). Its client base includes the Home Counties which will support the ongoing geographical expansion by The Clean Space from its traditional London base.

All staff have transferred and will be integrated into The Clean Space ensuring a smooth transition with a focus on retaining their expertise and supporting their professional growth.

This will also maintain continuity for all clients.
