First Carbon Neutral Innovation Lab opens delegate registrations

* Carbon-Neutral-Innovation-Lab.jpegDelegate registrations are open for the 2025 Innovation Lab, which will bring together more than 600 cleaning, facilities and security senior stakeholders on Thursday 27th March 2025, at international exhibition & convention centre, Excel London.

This year's event will break new ground with a strong emphasis on sustainability, AI, robotics and complementary technologies designed to enhance people-based operations. For the first time, the event will feature a dedicated sustainability partner, Neutral Carbon Zone, which will support the organiser, Carlisle Support Services, in accurately measuring Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions. This assessment will align with international standards, ensuring a comprehensive evaluation of the event's environmental impact across all aspects of operations.

Welcoming innovators, thought leaders and expert speakers from across the industry, the event will deliver a day of solution exploration, professional development and peer-to-peer networking. With over 50 exhibitors in attendance, delegates will have the opportunity to interact with bold, cutting-edge solutions and assess their viability within day-to-day operations for optimal results and cost savings. In doing so, the event promises to help organisations develop an adaptable approach and enhance resilience to address upcoming market challenges.

Expert speakers will also address hot topics across the support services industries including artificial intelligence, technology, sustainability, social value, counter terrorism, workforce reform, complementary policing initiatives and more.

Confirmed attendees include senior stakeholders from the UK's largest organisations such as Arriva Rail London, BBC Studioworks, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Tesco, LeShuttle, Northern Trains, Southbank Centre, Jaguar Land Rover, Avanti West Coast and many more.

"Innovation continues to play a critical role in helping businesses adapt to the ever-changing market landscape, especially as the rate of evolution continues to increase at an exponential rate,” notes Paul Evans, chief executive officer of the event's host, Carlisle Support Services.

“We hope the event provides stakeholders with the appropriate support and insights to flexible adapt the right technologies that facilitate optimal flexibility and growth.
