ISS wins large contract with Aroundtown in Germany
ISS has been awarded a new contract with Aroundtown, providing integrated facilities services across the real estate company's 47 locations in Germany.
As part of this deal, ISS Germany will provide cleaning, building technology, security, landscaping and winter services at 47 of the client's locations across the country, covering a total area of approximately 715,000sq.m.
"We are very pleased to have been awarded the contract by Aroundtown and begin our new partnership," says Christian Steen Larsen, CEO of ISS Germany. “We look forward to contributing to the efficiency and quality of the managed properties, helping Aroundtown provide great services to their tenants all over Germany.
One of Europe's largest real estate companies, Aroundtown is focused on income generating, quality properties that have potential for value-add in central locations mainly in Germany and the Netherlands. The portfolio comprises mainly office, residential and hotel properties.
