Peartree Cleaning Services launches 'Day One Starter Kit'
Peartree Cleaning Services has reinforced its commitment to investing in its people by launching an enhanced support package available to every employee from their very first day.
As part of this initiative, every employee will receive a comprehensive welcome pack, a multi-language new starter kit, and a pair of premium Skechers work shoes. The footwear will be provided to all team members who are on their feet for more than five hours per shift - a practical investment that prioritises comfort, safety and wellbeing.
The multi-language starter kit and downloadable resources ensure all colleagues, regardless of background or first language, can access essential information from day one. When combined with the new starter materials and premium footwear, this package represents a people-first approach within the industry.
