Tennant acquires long-time distributors of its equipment in Sweden
Tennant Company has acquired Clean Machine Falkenberg AB and Repax AB, with a view to accelerating growth in the Swedish region. The two are respected distributors with large customer bases in southern Sweden, experienced sales forces, and extensive service networks. As strong, long-term partners to Tennant, they have been a knowledgeable resource for the manufacturer’s customers in the region.
This strategic acquisition strengthens Tennant’s footprint in the European market, enhancing the manufacturer’s ability to serve customers with innovative, high-quality cleaning equipment and tailored service solutions.

The transaction acquiring Clean Machine Falkenberg AB and Repax AB closed on 1st February, 2026. Terms were not disclosed.
