Tennant expands outdoor cleaning portfolio with Z50 Citadel to tackle demanding environments
Tennant Company has launched the Z50 Citadel outdoor sweeper, designed to address more demanding outdoor cleaning applications across industrial and municipal settings.
The Z50 Citadel combines mechanical and vacuum sweeping technologies to deliver powerful, consistent cleaning performance across a wide range of debris types, from fine dust to heavy, bulky materials.
Built for large-scale outdoor use, the machine supports high-productivity cleaning across industrial and municipal applications, including logistics sites, manufacturing facilities, ports and urban infrastructure, where operating conditions are more complex and performance requirements are higher.
At the core of the machine is Tennant's TwinLift Debris Management System, engineered to maximise debris capture, control fine dust and particulates, and improve overall cleaning efficiency across varied debris types. The Z50 also features air filtration certified to EUnited PM 2.5 and PM 10 4-star standards designed to manage fine particulate emissions during outdoor sweeping.
Featuring a cleaning path of up to 2,480mm with dual side brushes and the ability to extend further with optional configurations, the Z50 is designed to cover large areas efficiently while reducing time spent on debris handling.
A high-capacity hopper and optimised debris loading system support longer operating cycles, while a fully glazed cab, rear PerformanceView camera and four-wheel power steering provide enhanced visibility and control in complex outdoor conditions, supporting safe and controlled use, with intuitive controls facilitating efficient day-to-day operation.

The Z50 Citadel will be available in Spain, Portugal and select regions of Africa and the Middle East - with plans to expand into additional areas in the future - supported by Tennant's regional sales and service network.
