Imperial Dade Canada completes Enterprise Paper acquisition

Imperial Dade Canada, a leading distributor of food service packaging, janitorial supplies, industrial products and facility solutions, has announced the successful completion of its acquisition of Enterprise Paper Holdings.

Founded in 1973, Enterprise Paper is a Canadian-owned distributor of paper, packaging and janitorial products with locations in British Columbia and Alberta.

The management team has built a strong reputation for its knowledgeable sales force, broad product offering and commitment to exceptional customer service.

Through this acquisition, Enterprise Paper customers will continue to receive the high-touch service they have come to expect while gaining access to Imperial Dade Canada's expanded portfolio of products, solutions and supply chain capabilities.
