Dave Rogers to spearhead European market growth at Unger

Dave Rogers has taken the new role of European sales manager with long standing employer Unger. Adopting a challenging remit to aggressively grow revenues for Unger's professional cleaning products across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia, Dave will also oversee the UK business where he will continue in his current capacity as general manager.

"We are delighted to welcome Dave to our European team," says Torsten Deutzmann, general manager of Unger Germany. "He is without doubt the best man for the job. His relentless energy and drive coupled with an extensive knowledge of the industry will further strengthen our position in the marketplace. We wish Dave every success in his new role."

Dave says: "Having worked with Unger for well over a decade I am looking forward to rising to the challenges this new role will present. The idea of pioneering new markets particularly appeals to me."

As European sales manager Dave has a brief to implement sales strategies and build long term customer relationships. He will also manage and develop the company's European sales force.

A well known face in the UK cleaning industry, he first joined Unger in 1997 where his role as UK general manager saw him significantly increase profitability and introduce several key product innovations including the Unger HiFlo CarbonTec water-fed pole system.
