Clearsprings Support Services signs up for CleanLink's software solutions

CleanLink is delighted to welcome Clearsprings Support Services as a new client.

CSS specialises in the delivery of office and commercial cleaning and support services, with customers throughout Dorset, Wiltshire, Hampshire, Sussex, Berkshire, Surrey and West London.

It operates across a wide range of businesses in both the public and private sectors and can provide a single service or develop a more integrated solution covering a number of services, all managed through a dedicated service manager.

Developed solely for the contract cleaning industry, CleanLink's software solutions include all the functions needed to operate a cleaning company including: payroll, invoicing, worksheets, stores, quality control, budgets, risk assessments, actions, machinery, documents and contacts.
The software has now also gone mobile thanks to an app that works on iPhones, iPads, iPods, Android tablets and smart phones.

The app allows companies to manage their locations remotely, enabling head office to monitor activities, keep track of progress as it happens, and update clients regularly to maintain high satisfaction levels. It allows managers to perform onsite audits, place orders for supplies, log requests from customers, receive instructions, record client satisfaction rates and take photographs. Access to information such as staff, client and site details, specifications, pay rates and hours allocated is also available at the touch of a screen.

"We are very pleased to have Clearsprings Support Services as a new client and are looking forward to working with the team to ensure that our software enhances the already excellent service that CSS delivers to its many clients," says Norman Haines, founder of CleanLink.

Ian Whittingham, Managing Director of CSS, explains why he choseCleanLink:

"We have been looking for a best fit piece of management software that we can use in CSS to be our main tool within the business. After researching the market we chose CleanLink because it had all the features we require and most importantly it has been developed from an operational perspective and is fit for purpose for our industry.

"We are looking forward to rolling this out across the business and making full use of its capabilities to provide managers and office staff with accurate and timely information so that we can better support our customers, staff and suppliers."
