LPM Cleaning set to reduce costs and boost productivity

In a key strategic move designed to further reduce costs and boost productivity, UK contract cleaning specialist LPM Cleaning & Support Services has agreed a new partnership with HSS Hire's Outsource service for the supply, management and maintenance of high performance Reintec cleaning equipment.

Underlining LPM's ongoing commitment to driving up service standards and reducing costly downtime, the HSS Outsource agreement offers best-in-class cleaning equipment as well as a fully managed equipment programme. All cleaning machines will be regularly swapped out and substituted with newly serviced and PAT tested units and any equipment that breaks down is now repaired or replaced within 24 hours rather than sending a service technician to site.

The agreement with HSS Outsource offers LPM all the advantages of equipment ownership with none of the costs associated with CAPEX, maintenance, depreciation, downtime and write-off. It is being utilised for all new contracts with a view to rolling it out across existing clients over the next six months.

As part of the agreement, HSS Outsource also implements equipment handover for LPM operatives ensuring they possess the necessary skillset to conduct their duties efficiently and safely. The company also has access to a dedicated 24-hour HSS Outsource Helpdesk.
