Sobeys of Canada teams with Betco and Quick Request to improve store cleanliness

Sobeys, one of Canada's largest grocery retailers, has partnered with cleaning specialist Betco, to adopt a cutting-edge smartphone technology called Quick Request, to better manage the cleanliness and appearance of Sobeys stores.

Quick Request is a software service that allows customers to use their own smartphones to report problems, request services, and provide feedback. The system allows companies like Sobeys to conduct quick inspections of the store from any smartphone. Quick Request records all interactions automatically and notifies any issues to the appropriate staff member immediately.

Together, Sobeys and Betco are deploying Quick Request in 274 stores throughout Canada. Future plans call for implementation into all 1,200+ Sobey's stores.
