Moerman launches Handy Squeegee

The new, Belgian-made Moerman handy squeegee is particularly suited for removing water from commercial and food processing kitchen tables and worksurfaces, walls in food service rooms and dining tables.

Featuring a rigid colour-coded frame, an ergonomic grip for comfortable hold and 'green' Dura-Flex Rubber, (recommended wherever hygiene is extremely important) the Handy Squeegee is easy to use.

The green natural rubber is produced with materials approved by the Food & Drug Administration authority and Moerman says that this rubber is what makes its products really stand out.

"We use the best rubber for floor and wall squeegee applications and repetitive use on both smooth and uneven surfaces," says the company's Sofie Landuyt.

"It offers excellent elasticity, which means that there are no traces of water left on the surface after the squeegee has been used - and of course the absence of water reduces the chance of cross-contamination.

"The closed cell rubber gives better wiping results whilst avoiding the absorption of water and liquids. This eliminates the possibility of bacteria being harboured inside the moss rubber. The inside skin makes the rubber more tear and wear resistant and guarantees a perfect cleaning result."
