The team at RJN Chemicals is constantly striving to improve its products and packaging, from adjusting the fragrance levels, to choosing the right dispensing spoons for the job! Research, development and acting upon customer feedback, regardless of which aspect of the company's offering needs review, forms an everyday part of its business.

"One of our concerns has been the vulnerability of the round 5kg tubs to damage in transit," says Managing Director Mal Stevens. "Our team have been busy testing many different options and as a result we will very shortly be introducing a new square tub.

"The actual tub design affords greater resistance to accidental damage and they are also manufactured from a much more robust material. Going the extra mile we have also reduced the tub weight (and obviously cost!) to 4kgs.

"Exhaustive 'drop tests' have been carried out and we are now confident that this is a problem well and truly eliminated."
