Panztel acquired by Care Monitoring & Management

Remote workforce management specialist, Panztel, has been acquired by Care Monitoring & Management. The Group already owns CM2000, which specialises in monitoring and scheduling technologies for the care sector and Panztel will continue to operate independently as part of the Group.

"The Group is delighted to have an opportunity to expand into this rapidly growing market" says Peter Longman, CEO of CM&M. "Panztel has already made a significant impact in the FM market with its deployment of eziTracker."

The eziTracker service has been adopted by a number of the biggest operators in this sector in response to the need for greater contract transparency, whilst gaining full control of large, remote workforces. John Moore, Managing Director of Panztel says:
