Emprise retains The British Library

Emprise Services has been awarded a contract extension with long-standing client, The British Library. Emprise has been working with The British Library since 2003 to deliver daily cleaning, window cleaning, exterior cleaning, hygiene services, specialist cleaning and waste management services.

Over the course of this 10 year relationship, Emprise has implemented daytime cleaning, an output specification model, electronic auditing and a risk/reward scheme. The contractor has also worked closely with The British Library to implement a recycling and waste management scheme that saw the Library achieve its ambitious 70% recycling target a year ahead of schedule and then set new, more ambitious waste management targets to further improve the Library's green credentials.

The contract was extended based on the value proposition and high level of support offered by Emprise.
