Genband chooses Incentive FM for EMEA head office role

Genband, the global network solutions specialist, has awarded independent facilities management company Incentive FM a three year contract. Under the terms of the deal Incentive FM will provide an integrated solution at the company's smart EMEA head office in Maidenhead, Berkshire.

Incentive FM will deliver a range of FM services including office cleaning, 24/7 manned guarding and maintenance support in a move designed to drive up standards and reduce costs. Seven staff have successfully transferred from the previous service providers and Incentive FM has implemented a comprehensive training and development programme.

Brian Green, EMEA Real Estate and Facilities at Genband UK, says: "Over the past few years we have experienced considerable growth and we know that the secret of our success lies in the quality of our people. As a result having a clean, safe and smooth-running work environment is extremely important and we believe that Incentive FM will work with us to ensure this happens."
