Office Care scores again at Derby's iPro Stadium

* Office-Care-iPro-Stadium.jpgOffice Care, tells us it is delighted to have won the contract for Derby County's iPro Stadium as the firm celebrates 25 years in business.

Office Care had serviced the former Pride Park Stadium between 2002 - 2013 and is thrilled to have been re-awarded the contract for 2014.
Director Martin Booth says it was a testament to the quality of the company's cleaning and customer service.

"We have a long-standing and excellent relationship with Derby County and the iPro," he explains. "Stadium cleaning is a speciality that not many cleaning companies can provide and being re-awarded the contract by such a high profile client in the city shows there is no better stadium-cleaning company around."

John Vicars, Chief Operating Officer at Derby County, adds: ""We are delighted to welcome back Office Care as the stadium's cleaners and to continue our long-standing relationship with them. The quality of their work and customer service is second to none and matches the club's own determination to hire the very best in the business in whatever we do."

Paul Knight, Key Account Manager from Nilfisk, which supplies Office Care with its cleaning equipment, says: "We are delighted for Office Care, with whom we have enjoyed a long relationship and share the values of quality, high standards and excellent customer service.

"Just as the calibre of Office Care's cleaning is high end, so are the cleaning machines we supply to them that allows them to do such a great job as keeping the iPro Stadium looking fantastic."

Office Care, based on Pride Park in Derby and with an office in Nottingham, is celebrating 25 years in business and Martin says that its success is down to its constant focus on innovation, skills, knowledge and customer service. The company is also shortly expected to appoint a new customer experience manager who will be the point of contact for all clients.

"We have a strong philosophy of working our hardest to keep our customers at their happiest," he says. "Commercial cleaning is not just about keeping an office or stadium clean; it's about what you are saying to your customers, how you project your business and brand. We buy very heavily into that which is why so many of our clients stay with us in the long-term."
