The future looks bright!

* Brightwell-Quality-Assurance-Lab.jpgWith new facilities in place, 2015 is shaping up to be a big year for Brightwell Dispensers, whose future is looking very bright indeed.

Here we take a look at the company to date, and discover what the future holds.

Brightwell Dispensers is a global designer and manufacturer of innovative soap, paper and chemical dosing and dispensing systems. Created in 1947, the family company grew from its humble Newhaven origins as a manufacturer of industrial paste dispensers for hand washing and protection in production areas, to position itself at the forefront of the professional hygiene industry.

The company has witnessed exponential growth in recent years, building up a strong global export market serving more than 85 countries. To cater for its growth across the North America, a sister company, Brightwell Dispensers Inc., was established in 2011 in Lenexa, Kansas, US.

With 95% of Brightwell Dispensers' products manufactured in-house in the UK, the company recognised that increased sales worldwide might begin to put its existing shipping operations under pressure. In response to this, construction on a new purpose-built logistics complex began and the new facility opened its doors in January of this year.

Located just off Newhaven docks in East Sussex, UK, the distribution centre serves as a hub, receiving finished goods and organising onward distribution to domestic and international customers. The warehouse covers almost five times the space that was taken up by Brightwell Dispensers' previous dispatch area.

He has great plans for the future, and will be working on streamlining and modernising the existing warehousing and shipping processes to deliver increased customer service and satisfaction.

Increase in demand for the company's products also saw the need to upgrade the Quality Assurance facilities. The QA department moved to a newly acquired building in Newhaven, at the end of 2014. The modern building consists of specialised labs including a wet room for Brightwell's ECOrange, a pneumatic testing room and a quality investigation room to guarantee that products continue to meet customer expectations in terms of quality and expertise.

Clearly 2015 is certainly off to a flying start for Brightwell! Check out the company's website to stay up-to-date with exciting new products and developments or connect with Brightwell on Twitter @brightwell_disp and LinkedIn
