Emprise announces Management Buy Out
The management team of Emprise Services Holdings, a leading support services provider, today announced their acquisition of the Emprise group from its existing shareholders with the support of LDC and RBS.
Emprise is a leading mid-market support services provider specialising in cleaning and security with an excellent track record of delivering high quality solutions. Emprise has a turnover of c£75 million and employs circa 5,000 people to deliver a range of integrated support services to clients on a national basis.
The management team includes Mark Beadle (CEO), Howard Sharp (finance director), Mark Langworthy (managing director for security), Matt Kuwertz (director of sales & marketing) and Bridget Hodgson (director of human resources).
Stephen Barrett, who founded the business some 28 years ago, will continue as a non-executive director.
LDC will continue as a minority shareholder. Bank funding has been provided by RBS.
