Vacuum cleaner accessories manufacturer Wessel-Werk introduces new nozzles at IFA 2015
Wessel-Werk, which manufactures vacuum cleaner accessories for the commercial, industrial and consumer markets, is introducing its new collection of nozzles for energy saving vacuum cleaners according to EU Energy Regulation 2017, at the upcoming Berlin trade fair IFA 2015.
The RD 278 and RD 297 universal floor nozzles, and the CN 250 crevice nozzle, are said to set new standards in performance, ergonomics and noise reduction. These products already meet the requirements of the EU energy regulation 2017 for energy-saving vacuum cleaners.

"First class performance values are achieved only when nozzle geometry and vacuum geometry are optimised. This makes the new nozzles perfect for use with energy-efficient vacuum cleaners, because they already meet the guidelines of the EU energy regulation for 2017. Furthermore Wessel-Werk presents an innovative and constantly growing range of accessories for retailers."
The patented RD 297 professional nozzle is the newest eco-design nozzle for energy-saving vacuum cleaners in the high-end segment. An optimised airflow and a special new base plate make it extremely powerful. It has been designed perfectly for cleaning hard floors and carpets; switching from floor surface to carpet surface is easy with the user-friendly pedal. Good handling is assured by the integrated double turning swivel neck and the rear mounted wheels. The high-quality plastic base plate guarantees excellent suction quality. Two extra-long/extra-wide litter pickers support the pick-up of hair, loose fibres and lint from carpets.
The RD 278 universal vacuum cleaner nozzle, aimed at the mid-priced vacuum cleaner segment, also includes new technology that almost eliminates loss of suction. A patented swivelling base plate delivers optimal orientation of the nozzle to carpet surface. This innovation results in excellent dust recovery test results.
The Wessel CN 250 is offered as a supplement accessory for all vacuum cleaners. It has a closed circle of bristles and a working width of 250 mm and has been designed to deliver the highest possible rating in testing on grouted floors. The inclusion of the CN 250 assures great vacuum cleaner test results, thus elevating the overall rating of the machine.
Wessel-Werk will also showcase a complete assortment for retailers including what it says is a unique concept in universal vacuum cleaner bags that covers virtually all varieties of cleaners and requires extremely little shelf space.
