Results of a study carried out by a Canadian manufacturer of cleaning products (see the full results below) has shown that those who are passionate about the training courses they're on, go on to increase sales by 45% over the following 12 months, while some even increase sales by a massive 275%! It occurs to me that if employers can find ways to inspire their workforces and employees can do their bit in inspiring their colleagues, this will go some way to repairing the damage to the global economy and help lift us out of the doldrums.
