  • Ilham Kadri, senior vice president and officer at Sealed Air, president Diversey Care –  Women in top management and female entrepreneurship: opportunities and difficulties 
  • Liliana Ocmin, manager of coordination for women in CISL – Women and work: equal opportunities and integration
  • Camilla Baresani, journalist and writer – stories of women, the value of hospitality and service 
  • Samira Chabib, board of directors AGSM Verona Group – Gender quotas and participation.  Women’s work in society

The discussion will include two rounds of questions focused on these objectives:

  • Promote innovation in terms of the entrepreneurship of women in corporate management ​
  • Highlight the value of innovation when it comes to social integration, in an industry in which the majority of workers are women who have to interact with others 
  • Highlight the innovation of women in the approach to taking care of people, especially among the most vulnerable people in society, in other words, those who are ill or elderly (in hospitals or  nursing homes) 
  • Discuss equal opportunities in the integrated-services system 
  • Take stock of the situation in terms of safeguarding jobs for women
